Now I have to forewarn you, and maybe it’s just me with this muffin, maybe I’m making them too big π€·πΌββοΈ I don’t really know (I probably am filling the cups up too much π)… but so far, the two times I’ve made these absolutely delightful, tasty muffins, the tops break off π₯Ί when I’m trying to get them out of the pan π
BUT!
Here’s the silver lining that my sweet husband pointed out-
the tops are the best part π
And then, I put the bottoms in another container and we devour it all within days π
