We’re big on muffins in this household.

Now I have to forewarn you, and maybe it’s just me with this muffin, maybe I’m making them too big 🤷🏼‍♀️ I don’t really know (I probably am filling the cups up too much 🙈)… but so far, the two times I’ve made these absolutely delightful, tasty muffins, the tops break off 🥺 when I’m trying to get them out of the pan 😭

BUT!

Here’s the silver lining that my sweet husband pointed out-
the tops are the best part 😋

And then, I put the bottoms in another container and we devour it all within days 😋

THESE MUFFINS ARE SERIOUSLY 👏🏼 SO 👏🏼GOOD👏🏼!
